It has been directed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, Delhi School Tribunal, that since there was no stenographer in Delhi School Tribunal for few months hence a backlog of cases has accumulated in which orders are to be dictated. These cases include the old matters as well as the time bound cases. Now, both the stenographers have joined and it will take about three months to clear the backlog.
Hence, it is ordered that all the matters fixed for arguments in the months of March, April and May, 2009, shall adjourn to July, August & September 2009 respectively except cases which are time bound by the Hon’ble High Court and the matters which are pending for the last more than 8 years.
The Registry is directed to fix the cases accordingly and inform the next date of hearing to the parties as well as their Counsel well in advance through UPC. A copy of this order be also annexed with the said notice.
