Note: 1 Old cases i.e. the cases uptil the year 2007 shall be taken
up on day- to- day basis.
2 Counsels are requested to file the summary of date and
events first. The counsel for the Appellant shall file written
arguments and supply an advance copy to the Counsel
for the respondent who shall thereafter file their written
arguments. Written arguments shall not exceed 4 (Four)
pages. Photocopies of the Judgements be also filed
alongwith the written arguments.
3 Counsels are requested to paginate their files in conformity
