be taken up on day- to- day basis.
2 Counsels are requested to file the summary of dates and
events first. The counsel for the Appellant shall file written
arguments and supply an advance copy to the Counsel
for the respondent who shall thereafter file his written
arguments. Written arguments shall not exceed 4 (Four)
pages. Photocopies of the Judgements shall also be filed
alongwith the written arguments.
